We are constantly looking to improve our Hamptons range!  At the moment we are going back to basics once again and assessing how we can make our furniture more beautiful and functional. We would love to know if you are having trouble finding a specific Hamptons piece or design in Australia?

How does a preorder sale work?

Pre-orders have become valuable tools for both consumers and the furniture industry. Pre-order is a term used to describe a purchasing process that allows customers to reserve items that are currently not yet available but are in the process of being made and shipped.

This option has become increasingly popular because it offers several advantages to both consumers and retailers, especially for bulky goods.

In order to successfully commence this preorder model, we will be offering attractive specials to our loyal customers for selected products only.

  • Allows time to save money- Our preorders can be paid in full or you can opt to pay 50%, which allows our customers more time to save and plan for the products arrival

  • Test new designs - as we grow and widen our Hamptons range, this preorder model will allow us to test popularity.
  • Less warehousing and handling fees- By preordering furniture it means there is less manual labour for our staff as the furniture will be dispatched as soon as it lands. 
  • Less warehouse space required- Furniture is a commodity for which warehousing costs can be quite significant, hence by pre-ordering furniture we can deliver the products almost immediately after we receive them from the factory. 

How it works

  • Pay a 50% deposit to secure your order. Once it lands our team will be in touch.
  • Please note that whilst we endeavour to give accurate timeframes, delays in production and shipping do occur which our outside of our control.
  • All orders must be picked up or delivered upon landing (no holding at our warehouse).
