Style My Home offers a delivery service for our customers Australia wide.
We try to offer the most affordable price possible. However, you are welcome to pick up your purchase yourself by appointment from our warehouse located at:

PICKING UP:
If you would like to pick up items to avoid delivery costs, you must have a suitable vehicle to transport them, arrange a pick up time in advance and load the item/s. A member of our team is happy to assist but we take no responsibility for damage to your purchase or your vehicle as part of this process.  

SYDNEY DELIVERY SERVICE:
Our warehouse is located in Brisbane. Delivery can take 1-3 weeks to arrive for delivery. If you require a specific delivery date/ time, please let us know as we will do our best to accommodate but this is not always possible.

If you require the equipment to be taken up stairs or elevators, you must specify at the time of purchase so time can be allocated.  Depending on your request (ie. Up a spiral staircase), a "Special Handling Charge" may be applied.

Or if you purchase online, in the notes section on the checkout page. If you would like any equipment assembled, this service can also be provided for an additional fee.

Please note, standard delivery does not include the assembly of items or the removal of cardboard & other packaging materials from your premises.

BRISBANE DELIVERY SERVICE:
If you require a specific delivery time, please let us know as we will do our best to accommodate but this is not always possible.

Please also allow 1-2 weeks for delivery for in stock items after placing your order in store or online.

CLICK AND COLLECT FOR BRISBANE, NOOSAVILLE AND GOLD COAST CUSTOMERS:

Small items, decor, artwork etc can be collected from our QLD Showrooms

Large items and furniture items to be collected from Brisbane Warehouse in Eagle Farm by appointment.

If you are collecting your furniture from our Brisbane warehouse, you must have a suitable vehicle to transport your order and bring two strong people to lift and load your items into your vehicle. e.g consoles, tables, bed heads, cabinets, bookcases etc.

If you would like to pick up items to avoid delivery costs, you must have a suitable vehicle to transport them, book in a pick up time in advance and load the item/s yourself. We take no responsibility for damage to your purchase or your vehicle as part of this process. 




INTERSTATE DELIVERIES:

**Floor stock sale items are not available for interstate delivery. Floor stock sale items are only available for customer pick up or local delivery from the store the stock is displayed in.

Style My Home is not available to service Australia wide deliveries for all pieces.  Some larger furniture pieces can only be delivered and assembled by our trusted delivery teams. Should you have any questions relating to this please contact your local Style My Home store.
