How can I leave a review for my purchase?
A few weeks after your furniture arrives, we’ll send an email invitation to share your thoughts. You can also upload photos of your new piece in your home—we love seeing how you style our items!
The reviews mention "hand-finished" furniture. What does that mean?
Much of our Hamptons-style furniture is handmade and hand-painted. As noted by many customers, this means you might see minor natural variations or fine hairline cracks at timber joins, which are hallmarks of solid wood furniture rather than defects.
Are the photos in the reviews accurate?
Customer-uploaded photos are a great way to see our furniture in different lighting. However, please keep in mind that screen settings and home lighting (warm vs. cool globes) can affect how colors appear.
Can I return an item if I don't like it after seeing it?
Yes, we offer a 5-day change-of-mind return policy for most items (excluding rugs and clearance). Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
