Interior Styling Terms & Conditions
All clients must receive and agree to these Terms & Conditions before their installation and styling appointment can be confirmed.
- The styling consultation and installation fee must be paid in full prior to your appointment.
- Our installation and styling service includes the placement and styling of Style My Home furniture and décor only. General cleaning, organising, decluttering, unpacking personal belongings or home setup services are not included.
- Our styling service is designed to showcase Style My Home furniture and décor. While we may incorporate selected client-owned pieces where appropriate, we do not provide a styling service using client-owned furniture and décor alone.
- Any special requests or client-owned items you would like incorporated into the styling should be communicated prior to your appointment to allow our team to plan accordingly.
- The home must be clean, accessible and ready for installation and styling before our arrival.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring the property is accessible for both the delivery and styling teams. This includes arranging building access, booking lifts, reserving loading zones (where required) and ensuring clear entry to the property.
- All beds must be fully made prior to our arrival, including fitted sheets, quilt or doona covers, pillows, cushions and all bedding accessories.
- All boxes, packaging, bags, personal belongings and clutter must be removed from the installation and styling areas before our arrival.
- Clear and safe access must be available to all rooms where furniture and décor will be installed and styled.
- We will unpack and remove packaging from Style My Home furniture and décor only. We do not unpack personal belongings, moving boxes, client-owned furniture or household items.
- Any client-owned décor, artwork or accessories you would like incorporated into the styling should be unpacked and placed together in one designated area before our arrival. Our team is unable to search throughout the home for styling items.
- We do not install or hang artwork, mirrors or wall décor. If installation is required, please speak with your stylist prior to your appointment so we can arrange our recommended installation partner to attend on the same day where possible.

Our team cannot move or relocate existing furniture, large appliances or heavy client-owned items. Any furniture that needs to be removed or repositioned must be completed before the delivery and styling appointment.
- For the safety of our team and your pets, we ask that pets are secured or kept in a separate area during the installation and styling process wherever possible.
- Installation and styling appointments are allocated a maximum of 5 hours. If the home is not ready upon arrival or client preparation delays prevent the installation and styling from being completed within the allocated timeframe, additional charges may apply or a return visit may be required.
- Appointment times must be strictly adhered to. Our delivery and styling teams operate on scheduled time slots and are unable to wait for property access or client arrival. If our team is delayed due to the property not being accessible or the client not being ready at the scheduled time, waiting time or re-delivery/re-attendance fees may apply.
