Trade Account Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all trade accounts with Style My Home. By applying for or using a trade account, you agree to the following:

Eligibility

To apply, you must be a registered business with a valid ABN operating within the home industry (e.g. builders, interior designers, interior stylists). Trade accounts are not available to other furniture or dΓ©cor retailers.

1. Trade Pricing

  • Trade pricing is offered exclusively to approved trade account holders.

  • Trade discounts apply only to full-priced, in-stock items. Discounts do not apply to sale items, promotional offers, gift vouchers, or custom/special orders.

  • Access to trade pricing is strictly limited to your business and may not be shared, disclosed, or extended to third parties (including clients, contractors, or non-account holders).

  • Any misuse of trade pricing, including the resale of products at trade prices to non-trade customers, may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

  • Β Trade-discounted purchases are not eligible for refunds for change of mind; however, exchanges are available.

2. Interior Styling Services

  • Trade account holders are not permitted to access or engage our interior styling services at trade pricing.

  • Styling consultations, mood boards, and design advice are reserved for retail customers only and are not included as part of the trade account benefits.

  • Should a trade account holder wish to access styling services, they must do so at standard retail rates, separate from trade account privileges.

3. General Use of Account

  • Trade accounts are granted at the sole discretion of Style My Home and may be withdrawn at any time in cases of misuse or breach of these terms.

  • Orders placed under a trade account are for professional use only and may not be combined with consumer promotions, discounts, or offers unless expressly stated.

  • All standard terms of sale, including payment, shipping, and returns policies, apply to trade orders.

4. Amendments

Style My Home reserves the right to update or amend these Trade Account Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of changes will be provided to trade account holders, and continued use of the account constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
