Our timber finishes are crafted from American oak. Our Natural Oak is fully sealed for a smooth, refined finish, while our Whitewash Oak allows you to feel the natural grain for a more relaxed, textured look.

Our painted pieces use premium birchwood, chosen for its smooth surface and ability to hold paint beautifully.

All of our furniture is handmade and hand-finished. Minor imperfections, including fine hairline cracks (particularly on joins in painted finishes), are considered normal characteristics of solid timber furniture and are not grounds for refund or replacement.

What finishes is the Shaker desk available in?

At the moment satin white is a clear favourite finish, so this is the finish we offer.

What storage is available in the shaker desk?

The desk features four functional drawers offering plenty of organised storage. There is one drawer on the top perfect for smaller items positioned straight above the seating area. To the right of this, there are three drawers: one small, one medium, and one double-sized drawer for larger items. Please note this is not a filing cabinet.

Do you have chairs to compliment the Shaker desk?

Most of our clients will choose a complimentary dining chair to comlete their study, although any office or dining chair will work well. Browse our range of dining chairs here.
